Return & Exchange Policy
We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We are flexible, understand that every client’s needs are unique and wish to meet your particular needs. Client satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority. If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will then provide instruction on where to return your bag(s). You must:
- Email mirrorimageshandbags.com within 2 days of receipt of your handbag
- Return the product(s) within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund.
- Send your returned package via express post at your expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued.
- If you decide to use a courier service you will need to prepay any brokerage fees.
We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we have lost the cost of the initial shipping and so can not pay for shipping both ways. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods. How to exchange/return products:
Simply E-Mail us within 2 business days of the arrival of your request. 1. Refer to our "Contact Us" link in our store.
2. Please provide the following information:
a. Your full name and address.
b. Your Order Number.
c. The date that your order was received.
d. A list of the handbag(s) to be exchanged. (Include product name and number)
e. The reason the handbag(s) are being returned.
3. Upon receipt of your request, our Customer Service Department will provide you with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This RMA number should be referred to for any future correspondence involving this return.
